Antique English Porcelain Minton China nautical Candle Snuffer hand painted stands at almost 4 " tall dish is 4" round approx incised Minton on bottom # 91256 no chips lots of gold quilting adorns both pieces.. Last picture shows dirt or tanish on the plate.. I have not cleaned this item.
