Antique French Hand Painted Porcelain Lady Man Cherub Painting Plaque Large

  
This is an old Victorian era 19th Century hand painted on porcelain china plaque painting in old period frame from a collectors estate. It is large at 20 1/2" by 15 3/4" frame wise and the plaque is 11 1/4" by 8". The plaque has stunning crisp colors of purple, pink and blues. It features a man and lady courting couple frolicking in a garden setting with a cherub playing a flute in background. The oval antique French frame has a bow on top and is very pretty. The bow on top has old age cracks in the gesso on the backside and very minor gesso loss also on back side. The frame also has a nonoffensive line in the frame at the 6 oclock position and a couple other hard to see tight lines in the gesso. The velvet old matt is a nice muted teal color. This is nicely painted but is not signed. The porcelain plaque is in wonderful condition. This is wonderful in person and you should love it.
