The stunning feature finial is formed by a fruit with associated foliage. The dish is covered with sprays and sprigs of flowers and foliage and very nicley gilded. Whilst I favour attributing the serving dish and cover to a Dresden factory the piece is also in the style of many Herend patterns.

789 Blue Mark Crown over a Shield Indistinct - please see photographs. Width 13.5 cm 5. This is such a pretty dish. The dish is covered with sprays and sprigs of flowers and foliage and very well gilded. The Dish is in excellent condition with no signs of use.

There are no chips, cracks or scratches. The colours are bright and clear. The gilding is also in superb condition.
