ROYAL VIENNA , Magnificent and rare antique hand-painted porcelain plate. The plate bears the shield from the coat of arms of the Dukes of Austria, a beehive blue underglaze mark of the Imperial privileged porcelain manufactory, also known as Royal Vienna or the Viennese Porcelain Manufactory. The title of the painting in German has been added overglaze in gold likely later. Second half of the 19th century. Measurements: approximately 9.5 in.
