Vintage Pair (2) Antique Asian Hand Painted Famille Rose Bird Porcelain Lamps
A really beautiful Pair (2) of Rare Vintage/Antique Chinese Hand Painted Famille Rose Phoenix or Pheasant Porcelain Bird Lamps with applied Leaves. Birds are sitting on a tree stump with leaves which are applied and sit up off of the stump.
The colors of turquoise, rose, blue and others are charming and classic Famille Rose. The Birds are beautifully sculpted and painted, as are the stumps and leaves. I saw no chips or cracks anywhere which is amazing for their age. They may have been made into lamps after market, Im not sure. The wood bases and lamp hardware appear to be Mid Century.Brass finals are well done chinese characters. Please see all photos as theyre part of the description.
