18thc Antique Sevres French Porcelain Square Plate 24.5cm Cherub Fine Gold Gilt
Sevres Measures 21.5cm or 8 & 1/2 Hand Painted plate with fine illustration Simply exquiste in our opinion and a superbly decorated and well preserved beautiful cabinet plate. We are preparing more plates in this pattern from a service in the order of best condition first. There are three variations of shape, square, round and lozenge. The plate is in excellent antique condition with no chips cracks or restoration. There is a small amount of rubbing to the gold gilt on rim outer edge. There are firing mark / bites on the foot rim which is from the kiln and under the glaze. (see image with pointer for clarity) Please see images for inspection of this very beautiful rare piece as it is difficult to describe and the photographs provide a clear showcase of the plate details and can be supersized.
