Chinese Jingdezhen fencai porcelain vase. 14 or 35.5 cm tall.

People's Republic of China. A later vase, but a high quality one.

The clay is fine and the decoration is mostly by hand, with only some printing. This would have been a rather expensive product at the time it was made, representing the skill and craftsmanship of Jingdezhen.''Qianlong Nian Zhi' mark to base, stamped in overglaze red and gilded. I must apply this manually.
