Listed here from a prominent private estate collection, is this magnificent 19th English Copeland Serving Bowl with Matching Underplate! It has a oval flared form with scalloped edges, and an interesting basketweave border. The decoration features panels of handpainted bouquet, and foliage alternating with scrolled gilding on a cobalt blue ground color.

The bowl has exquisite interior and exterior decoration. Both bowl and underplate are marked on the bottom with the late 19th C Copeland marks shown. This is a fabulous antique Copeland example you will be proud to display with your finest porcelains!

No chips, cracks or repairs! Just typical slight antique wear.
