The cherub motif is a classic design that adds a touch of fantasy to the piece. The Von Schierholz porcelain factory was established in 1817 in Plaue, Thuringia, Germany, by two brothers, Johann Karl Rudolf Heuäcker and Dr.

An exclusive license to produce porcelain wares was issued to Schierholz by the government of Schwarzburg-Sonderhausen, which ruled the town of Plaue. The factory produced high-quality Dresden ware and is most famous for its Rococo, ornate, and Secession-style decorated porcelain. These pieces featured gilding, applied foliage, and flowers.

Additionally, the company produced luxury wares, including table settings, candelabras, vases, flowerpots, baskets with applied flowers, figurines, and more. Throughout the ages, Schierholz products have been highly valued by collectors all over the world. Dimensions: Height: 17 cm, Width: 27 cm, Depth: 26 cm, Weight: 1800 grams. Condition: The vase is in excellent condition. There are no visible cracks, chips, or signs of restoration.

Even the fragile flower petals and leaves are virtually intact. The gilding, colors, and enamel all look as if the vase is not 100 years old and was bought only yesterday. Please study the accompanying photographs carefully as they form an integral part of this description.
