Antique Nippon Porcelain Ornate Jewel Gold Hand Painted Violets Ruffled Bowl. This is a lovely late 19th century very pretty completely hand painted decorative bowl. It has Maple leaf Nippon mark as shown and guaranteed to be authentic old Nippon. It also has applied porcelain CHERRY BLOSSOM mark, which is quite hard to find. It is an ART NOUVEAU piece.

The bowl has gorgeous gilded ruffled rim with beaded gold band. Inside has raised gold scrolls, beaded jeweled lattice decorations and also lovely hand painted violets all around.

Outside of the bowl also has hand painted dainty flowers. The bowl has 7.5" diameter, it is 2" deep. It is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or repair.
