BC ANTIQUE ROYAL WORCESTER PORCELAIN HAND PAINTED VASE E PHILLIPS WING HANDLES. A fine antique Royal Worcester vase hand painted with a floral panel panel signed by artist E Phillips. The panel is contained within an ornate raised gilt enamel border before a red ground. The vase benefits from handles modeled as wings of a bird. The lower vase has a beaded border.
