A wonderful continental porcelain cache pot or bottle chiller possibly French Vieux. Twin ornate gilt handles, fluted rim and a round base. Gorgeous hand painted study of birds nesting. The nest is in the branches of a fruiting hop vine.

All on a beautiful powder blue ground f inished with gold gilding. Date :- Late 19th century early 20th century. Size :- It measures 15 cm / 6 inches in height and 16.5 cm / 6 1/2 inches across the top.
