Helm was an Officer in both a National and International Professional Porcelain Decorator Organizations and is well known around the Globe for her wonderful Art Creations. This piece is from her estate. 9.5" porcelain tile, Exterior frame measures 11.5". Porcelain in excellent estate condition.

Frame is wood and has a dry split in the side, see close-up. Was probably always there as the paint goes over it....
