Large Antique Hand Painted Angel on Porcelain Cameo Brooch Pin. Fine Details

  
I have for sale a large vintage cameo brooch/pin. It has a highly detailed hand painted illustration of a winged angel, deep in contemplation. The backdrop looks like a heavenly sky with clouds. It is painted on a fine oval shaped porcelain tile, which is set in a brass frame setting. Please note that the original hinge pin is missing.

It is replaced by a bent nail. On the back is faintly stamped: 22, R? Approximate dimensions are: 2 1/2" tall, 2 1/8" wide, and 7/16 thick. This brooch is a very old, masterfully rendered wearable artwork.
