Beautiful and showpiece pair of table lamp stands from the mid/late 20th century. A matching pair, each hand-cast, rather than machine-cast.

Hand-painted floral motifs within a gold diamond lattice pattern, with blue and gold finishing at the top, base and mid-point of each column. However, I have not lifted off the felt base cover, which may reveal the original designer.

This is an eye-catching pair of lamp-stands, and tall, even without shades. Full Height: 60cm (including light fitting) - Column Height: 49.5cm (excluding light fitting) - Width: 14.0cm (base and top lip) - Weight: 1.96kg and 2.16kg respectively (different weights reflecting the hand-cast design).

Electrics tested and working perfectly. Current fitting is for a bayonet bulb, up to 60W (or equivalent). No cracks or chips that I can find anywhere. The only flaw is one discontinuous and barely visible scratch on the base of one of the lamp-stands (pictured).

Only visible in full daylight and only discovered by touch test! However, have provided a courier cost if not collecting, that allows for the combined weight and careful packaging required.
