Vintage Pair of Japanese Hand Painted Porcelain Plates Made by Taiseiken Takashi

  
Based on my research, the pair could be antique. However, I honestly don't know. They are rare as I was unable to find another set like it.

These beautiful plates have some 3d type paint? Raised thicker paint in areas. Both plates show all over signs of age including some wear of paint, the plates have pin holes, small flea bite chips on back bottom base, one has black spots on backside, one has red spots on backside. I did not attempt to clean or use any cleaning products on the pieces, and one of the plates has a spot of extra paint/glaze?
