This is a beautiful antique authentic export fish bowl planter. A high-quality Oriental Fish Bowl, plant pot, planter, finely decorated with Satsuma style white dots, landscape / riverside, flower blossoms & scenery depicting and royal family. Hand-painted, with Koi fish interior.

This gorgeous, large Koi fishbowl could be used as an indoor floor planter, outdoor flower pot, or centrepiece. An exquisite Asian fishbowl to dress up any room. Fantastic gold details and fabulous multi-colour, there are goldfishes swimming on the inside of the bowl and sea-grasses. Fish symbolise fertility, wealth, and abundance.

Also, there are flower blossoms around the rim. This planter is in vintage condition considering the age of these pieces there is some light paint loss in areas, and some over-painting as is the traditional style of the painting. No chips or cracks, but Crazing and wear inside. This planter could be lovely displayed on an Asian stand, used as an indoor planter, vase or as a decorative table base.
